How does Ganttasi pricing work?
Anyone who edits a project, or wants more than 2 projects of their own, needs Pro at £8 a month or £80 a year. Viewers, such as clients or stakeholders, only need a free account. There's no limit on how many viewers you invite and no per-project fee.
Does my whole team need to pay?
Only the people who edit. A client checking progress or a manager reviewing the timeline can view on a free account. If you invite someone without Pro as an editor, they join as a viewer, and you can make them an editor once they upgrade.
What's the difference between a viewer and an editor?
Editors and owners can change tasks, dates, statuses and notes. Viewers see everything on the project but can't change it.
What happens when I hit the free plan limit?
On the free plan you can own up to 2 projects. When you create a third, Ganttasi asks you to upgrade. Your projects and data are never deleted.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no minimum term. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be charged again. You keep Pro until the end of your billing period.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes. Pay £80 a year instead of £96, which is 2 months free.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs no payment details. You only add a card if you upgrade to Pro.
What's included in the free plan?
Every view: Timeline, Kanban, List, Notes, Dashboard, My Tasks and People. Contractor scheduling, Excel and CSV export and email updates are included too. You can own 2 projects and view any project shared with you.
