Only active editors and project owners need a Pro account at £8/month. Anyone who just needs to view a project — a client checking progress, a manager reviewing timelines — can join on a free account. You only pay for people who are actively creating and editing work.

On the free plan you can create up to 2 projects and invite up to 3 members per project. When you reach the limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. Your existing projects and data are never deleted.

Yes. There's no minimum commitment. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you won't be charged again. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
